2. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable except where specified under a conditional guarantee.

3. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the coaching program (videos, templates, materials) is the intellectual property of Abi’s Tutoring Academy and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

4. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors.

5. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to participate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove access to the program for violations of this code.

6. Limitation of Liability
Abi’s Tutoring Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
